It may happen that your receipts are not immediately available in Easy Invoice, and there can be several reasons for this:
- The receipt has not yet been processed by the service tasks 'Master Data' or 'Receipts' and will become available after a few hours.
- The receipt is set to 'Financial Ready' in Isah, so we do not retrieve it. Therefore, you will not see the receipt in Easy Invoice. The receipt is considered ready for payment and may no longer be booked on it.
You can solve the problem of a missing receipt line in this case by creating a new receipt line and reporting it not ready.
Note! Easy Invoice does not put a check mark on 'Financial Ready'. This checkmark is placed when a purchase line is wrongly reported ready (too early). - If you are a cloud customer*, option 1 may not be available to you. In that case, you will use our connector. This resides on the Isah server (the server is managed by you) and communicates from there between Isah and Easy Invoice. The tasks set on it are configured in the Task Scheduler and may be set at different times. If you want to check this or verify that the tasks have been completed successfully, your IT team may also be able to check this.
If your receipt is not on 'Financial Ready' after the service task wait time and you still don't see it, create a ticket with our support. Remember to mention which receipt you are missing and which administration it belongs to.
