Am I a cloud customer?

Dear customer,

You may encounter a problem and doubt whether the solutions in our knowledge base are applicable to your situation, regarding the question, "Are we a cloud customer?"

Fortunately, this is quite easy to spot.

Look at the URL you use when logged into Easy Invoice.

If it says something similar to: [customer name].easysystems.app/easyinvoice, then you are indeed a cloud customer.

If the above does not apply, then you are not a cloud customer. In this case, we as support/consultants will have to log in externally to access your environment. 

Not all articles will then apply to you. You can see at the top of an article whether it is specifically intended for a cloud customer / non-cloud customer.
