4Exchange is the name for the new way we read out mailboxes for invoices. In this application, you can also see which mails have been read out and which ones may be stuck.
If you have received an account in 4Exchange, after logging in you will come out on the screen as shown below in the image.
- Attention required: Mail is stuck and cannot be processed successfully
- Domain denied: When only .pdf is set but for example .xml is read, invoices may end up in this.
- Refused on content: Content does not meet the requirements and is refused.
- No (valid) attachment found: Mails without (valid) attachments. Only .pdf or .xml are accepted.
- Processed today: All mails processed today.
If you press an option, you will be redirected to the relevant search and get an overview of it.
