SSL certificate on Easy Invoice Environment

Is your Easy Invoice environment running locally and still accessible via HTTP? If so, it is possible to install an SSL certificate so that you can access the environment via HTTPS.

The SSL certificate must be purchased by you and placed on the application server. For instructions on placing the certificate on an IIS server, please use the following link:

A consultant will need to make some configurations in Easy Invoice to ensure that the application refers correctly to HTTPS instead of HTTP. If you are interested in transitioning to HTTPS, please contact our support department.


Possible error message related to SSL certificates:

"The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure."

This error message indicates that there is a problem with the SSL certificate, preventing a secure connection from being established. In this case, the certificate must be renewed by your IT department.
