Then this is an important announcement!
After the weekend of January 24, 2026, maintenance will be carried out on the Easy Invoice cloud environment network. As a result, the IP address from which Easy Invoice connects to your ERP or financial system will change.
To prevent this connection from being interrupted after the maintenance, we kindly ask you to check your firewall configuration and adjust it where necessary.
If in doubt, please contact the service centre.
What do you need to do?
1. Check whether firewall exceptions are currently configured for the following current IP addresses:
- 52.28.210.209
- 18.197.42.158
- 3.122.121.75
🔹 If no exception is present for these IP addresses:
Then no changes are required. No action is needed.
🔹 If an exception is present:
Please add the new IP addresses listed below.
2. Add the following new IP addresses to your firewall exceptions:
- 3.66.44.12
- 3.74.175.62
- 3.77.0.90
- 15.237.244.195
These addresses are necessary to ensure the connection with your ERP or financial system continues to function after the network maintenance.
3. (Optional) Remove the old IP addresses at a later time
The current IP addresses may be removed starting from March 1, 2026.
