4CEE Connect app in the android/IOS app store
The white screen may occur when your phone still retains some information even after the app is uninstalled. Below is a roadmap to solve this problem.
Android
- Unlock your mobile device and go to the home screen.
- Tap the 'Settings' icon. This is usually displayed as a cog or gear icon.
- Scroll down the settings menu and look for the 'Apps' or 'Application Manager' option. Tap it to continue.
- You will now see a list of all installed apps on your device. Scroll through the list and find the app whose data and cache you want to clean up.
- Tap the app name to go to the app information.
- Once on the app information page, you will see several options. Tap 'Storage' or 'Storage usage'. Here you will find information about the memory usage of the app.
- Tap 'Clear Cache' or a similar option to clean up the app's cache. This will remove unnecessary temporary data and may improve app performance.
- Tap 'Clear data' or 'Delete data'.
- After clearing the cache and/or data, a confirmation window will appear. Tap 'OK' to complete the operation."
If you now launch your app again, you will get the login screen in front of you.
Iphone
- Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone.
- Navigate to the "General" section. Scroll down and tap "iPhone Storage".
- At the bottom, you will see a list of all your apps, sorted by how much space they take up. Tap the "4CEE Connect" app
- Tap the "Clear Up" option.
- Confirm the action if necessary.
If you now launch your app again, you will get the login screen in front of you.
