Easy Invoice sends weekly/daily work reminders to all budget holders with outstanding tasks. You may, for example, want to send this reminder again at some point due to a month-end closing and cannot wait for the next automatic send.
To send all budget holders with outstanding tasks an e-mail again in Easy Invoice, follow these steps: z
You will need the 'Application Administrator' role to do this.
- Open Easy Invoice and go to the service tasks under the Administration screen.
- Click on 'Administration' and then on 'Service Tasks'.
- Find the right task to start manually. There are two different mail tasks in management: 'InvoiceReminderCollectionServiceJob' and 'InvoiceReminderServiceJob'.
- Choose the right job based on your requirements:
- 'InvoiceReminderCollectionServiceJob': sends one email to each budget holder summarising all their outstanding tasks.
- 'InvoiceReminderServiceJob': sends an individual email to each budget holder for each invoice.
Using these steps, you can immediately resend an e-mail to all budget holders with outstanding tasks.
