It is possible to use templates in ImageCapture. Using templates, you can link an invoice from a creditor to a creditor in Easy Invoice to increase the recognition of the invoice in ImageCapture.
You can use the attachment, located at the top left of this screen or at the bottom of the page. This explains step by step how to set up a template.
Please note that you can only use this function if you have access to the ImageCapture Manager and if your license allows it.*
If you can't quite figure this out, it is possible to request training from our consultants. They will then sit down with you and go through the invoices that need a template.
