The Easy Mobile app is designed to make it easy to carry your work with you in your pocket. Via your phone, you can now view and approve invoices, eliminating the need to use your laptop to push through invoices.

Set Pin Code

You can do this in the Easy Invoice web application:

https://{Customer name}.easysystems.app/mobile 

1. Navigate to your own user settings and enter a 6-digit PIN code at the bottom under 'PIN code for mobile access'.
2. Then press 'Save my settings' to save this PIN.

If you do not see the option to set a PIN code, your account does not yet have the rights to use Easy Mobile. These can easily be granted in the user settings. 

This can be found under Manage > Users and then the 'Mobile application user' option.

1.  In screen 1, enter the URL of the Easy Invoice website: 
   {Customer name}.easysystems.app/mobile 
   (The URL must always start with Https://, http is not sufficient)
2. In screen 2, enter your username and your set PIN.
