Here you can specify per administration to which group the user belongs.

Should you use several administrations, you can grant different rights for each administration.

The user you select in the list will be the user whose data will be transferred. The user you select in the 'Other employee:' bar will be the user receiving the data.

Approval Limits

The tab 'Approval limits'.

In this list, you can specify what the user's approval limit is. This must be set per administration.

In this, there is still the choice between distinguishing only 'Administration' or the combination of 'Invoice type and Administration'.In the second option, it is also possible to specify whether it applies to a specific invoice type.

For example, you can specify that someone from Administration 01 may only approve expense invoices with an amount of up to 100.00 euros.
