Invoice reminders, send on-demand

Easy Invoice sends weekly/daily work reminders to all budget holders with outstanding tasks. You may, for example, want to send this reminder again at some point due to a month-end closing and cannot wait for the next automatic send.

To send all budget holders with outstanding tasks an e-mail again in Easy Invoice, follow these steps: z

You will need the 'Application Administrator' role to do this.

  1. Open Easy Invoice and go to the service tasks under the Administration screen.
  2. Click on 'Administration' and then on 'Service Tasks'.
  3. Find the right task to start manually. There are two different mail tasks in management: 'InvoiceReminderCollectionServiceJob' and 'InvoiceReminderServiceJob'.
  4. Choose the right job based on your requirements:
    • 'InvoiceReminderCollectionServiceJob': sends one email to each budget holder summarising all their outstanding tasks.
    • 'InvoiceReminderServiceJob': sends an individual email to each budget holder for each invoice.

Using these steps, you can immediately resend an e-mail to all budget holders with outstanding tasks.
