503 Service not Available

Note: This guide is only applicable to cloud clients.*

The 503 error the way it is also shown in the application. The error reads '503 Service Temporarily Unavailable'.

Production Environment 

If you see this error in your production environment, please contact our support

Test Environment 

If you are using an Easy Invoice test environment and try to start it up, you may get the above message. This means that your test environment is disabled and you need to enable it.

Here are the steps to follow:

1Navigate to 'Manage' in Easy Invoice.
2Within 'Administration', go to 'Service Tasks' and find the task: 'startDynamicTestEnv'.**
3Select the task 'startDynamicTestEnv' (it will turn a darker shade of grey).
4Then press the 'Run' button.


In about 15 minutes, your test environment will be available again and remain active until Friday 18:00.

At that time, the task will be switched off again in the background.

If you still need access to the test environment after Friday 18:00, feel free to reactivate it in Easy Invoice.
