Absence settings in Easy Invoice

Suppose you are going on holiday at any time, how do you set a substitute?

In the 'My settings' option, the 'Absence settings' button allows you to select a substitute for a specific period. My settings > Absence settingsMijn instellingen > Afwezigheidsinstellingen

The absence date is being filled in.

  1. Select the user you will replace during this absence period.
  2. Select the date range for when this will be required.
  3. Then press the save button. 

It is possible to add multiple lines for different periods.


Please note! This will only apply to invoices that are actively processed in this period.
Not the invoices that currently still require an open action with the original user.
